Before you write in

A lot of questions we get are answered faster by the tools themselves. If you’re checking a score, start with the AFT calculator or the body fat & BMI calculator — both are built from the current published standards and update automatically as the Army revises them. The AFT standards page covers the full scoring scales and what changed with each policy update, including the shift to the waist-to-height ratio standard.

What we can and can’t help with

We can help with questions about how our calculators work, report a scoring discrepancy against the published Army standards, or take feedback on the site itself. We can’t access your official test record, override an administered score, or advise on personnel actions — those go through your unit’s chain of command or the Army’s official channels, not through this site.

Frequently asked questions

I think a calculator gave me the wrong score. What do I do?

Email standards@aftscore.site with your age group, sex, the event, your raw result, and the score you got. We’ll check it against the published standard and correct it if there’s an error.

Can you look up my official AFT or ACFT record?

No — AFTScore is an independent site with no access to Army personnel or testing records. For your official score, contact your unit’s S1 or fitness NCO.

Do you take guest posts or link requests?

Email partnerships@aftscore.site with details. We evaluate these case by case and only publish content that’s accurate and useful to Soldiers.

How fast will I hear back?

Most messages get a reply within 1–3 business days.

AFTScore is an independent, privately run resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense, or any government agency. For official test results or personnel matters, contact your unit’s chain of command.
