Built for Soldiers who’d rather know their number than guess it.
AFTScore is an independent fitness-readiness resource for the Army Fitness Test, the legacy ACFT, and the Army’s body composition standards — kept current as the Army updates its scoring scales and policies.
Why AFTScore exists
The Army’s physical standards don’t sit still. The six-event ACFT became the five-event AFT in June 2025. Combat MOS standards phased in on top of that in 2026. Then the entire body composition program was rebuilt around a single waist-to-height ratio in July 2026. Soldiers, recruits, and cadre training toward these tests deserve a place that tracks every one of those changes and puts the math in front of them plainly — no login, no guesswork, no outdated chart from three policy revisions ago.
AFTScore started as a set of calculators built to solve that problem directly: enter your numbers, get your score, see exactly where you stand against the standard that actually applies to you.
What we build
Every tool on AFTScore is scored from the published Army standards, organized by age group and sex, and labeled clearly when a standard is current versus historical.
How we work
-
01
Source the standard, not a summary of itEvery calculator is built from the Army’s published scoring scales and directives, not a copy of another site’s chart.
-
02
Update when the policy updatesWhen the Army changes a standard — a new scoring scale, a rescinded body-fat method — we revise the tool and date the change, rather than leaving stale numbers live.
-
03
Label estimates as estimatesWhere a calculator interpolates between published anchor points, we say so. Nothing here is presented as your official, record score.
-
04
No login, no clutterEnter your numbers, get your score. Every tool works without an account.
